A prototype has one job: to prove that your idea works. If it doesn’t, we help you refine it.
We support our clients at every stage
of the design process.
From model validation — checking whether the model is printable, whether it is optimized for the process, and which tolerances to use, through a pilot run — 1–10 units for testing by the end customer, to launching series production.
We take part
in product optimization.
We share our experience in developing innovative solutions.
We print prototypes
using the same materials as in series production —
PETG, ASA, PC, PA.
If the prototype works on your desk, it will work just as well when we produce 10,000 units. No surprises when scaling up.
Concept validation, pilot runs, and production launch — all using the same technology.
No need to change the process, design, or material when scaling up.
Process
From idea to product:
01
Consultation and model analysis
Send us your 3D model or project description. We assess printability, cost optimization, and material selection. Get a quote within 24 hours.
02
First prototype
We print the first version within 3 business days. You can test its mechanical and thermal performance and check the fit at your own facility.
03
Iterations
If the prototype needs changes, we return to Step 2 with a revised model. Usually, 1–3 iterations are enough.
04
Pilot run
We print a pilot run of 10–50 units. You test them with the end customer and validate the market.
05
Series production launch
If everything works, we move to series production. The same technology, the same material, the same dimensions.
