For most companies, waiting a week for a spare part from another country means a five- or six-figure loss. And often, the part is simple: a plastic handle, a gear, or a sensor mount. We manufacture these parts using FDM 3D printing within 24 hours of your request. Sometimes, all we need to recreate a broken part is a photo and its dimensions.
No stockpiling.
No downtime.No waiting.
Fully functional

When properly designed and printed, they can replace the original metal parts.
Materials with high mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and heat resistance.
We work with PETG, ASA, PC, and PA.

Honestly
When FDM 3D printing is suitable for spare parts:
YES, FDM will work:
Mounts, holders, angle brackets, housings
Gears
Wrenches, blades, guides
Wear parts
NO, FDM will not be a good choice (we’ll tell you honestly):
— Parts operating continuously at high temperatures (above approx. 200°C — in this case, we recommend a different technology)
— High-precision mechanical components (where hundredths of a millimetre matter — CNC or SLA is a better choice)
— Production runs exceeding 50,000 units (at this scale, injection moulding clearly wins)
