01 What if I don’t have a 3D file?
A description, photo, or sketch is all you need. Creating a 3D model from scratch is quoted separately (from PLN 250 excluding VAT) — for production orders, we deduct this cost from your order total.
02 How much does a quote cost?
The quote is free, with no obligation. We’ll provide a price — you decide whether to go ahead.
03 Can I order just one print?
We print from just one piece. The minimum order value is PLN 100 excluding VAT.
04 How soon can I pick up my finished print?
In the event of a breakdown, your part could be ready within 24 hours — call us: +48 519 451 622. Standard orders typically take a few business days.
05 Can I use my own material?
We normally use our own materials (PLA, PETG, ASA, PC, PA, TPU). For special requirements, we can use a material sourced specifically for your project or one you supply.
